Our thorough application process is designed to form excellent relationships between families and the household staff we provide them with. Before agreeing to assist a family in their staffing search, we speak with past domestic employees to collect references and perform a thorough Internet screening for each family.
In order to be considered for any position with Magnolia Agency, a candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- at least 21 years of age or older
- at least 2 years of experience in the field you are applying for
- proficient in the English language (unless otherwise specified in the job description)
- clean driving record
- no prior criminal convictions
- excellent communication skills
- at least 3 exemplary references from related positions
