Magnolia Agency was launched in 2016 as a response to our clients' requests for more domestic staffing options. As the sister agency of Adventure Nannies, we pride ourselves in using innovative techniques and out-of-the-box recruitment methods to match our remarkable families with world-class employees. We add modern touches to the age-old domestic recruitment industry, and look forward to exceeding your expectations at every step of the way.
Both Magnolia Agency and Adventure Nannies are committed to fair labor practices and love working with families and candidates from all walks of life and religious backgrounds. This includes single-parent homes, split families, members of the LGBTQ community, and children with special needs.

Brandy - Co-Founder
Brandy founded Adventure Nannies after 8 years of working as a travel nanny with private families, where she learned first-hand that each family's needs are as unique as their children. Adventure Nannies has grown into a high-touch worldwide boutique nanny agency, and naturally progressed into the domestic staffing industry after many families continued to ask for additional support. The creative recruitment skills and top-notch family experience that Brandy developed in Adventure Nannies now set Magnolia Agency apart in the domestic staffing industry.
When Brandy isn’t out on the road with her husband’s band, The Lumineers, she's in Denver with her baby son and two dogs.
